Know that you have the power living within you to rise above it!!! Yes, you have courage that you didn’t even know you possessed. You can rise and you can rise today! In order to rise, you must be willing to reveal all of the things that you have purposely concealed in order that you are healed. True healing can only start when we admit that we have a problem as well as admit that we need help. Once we admit it and seek help, healing begins. It may be a slow or rapid process, that’s irrelevant. The key is, healing is active in our lives. Rise and know you can make it.
